Elenka Settovo (Seven eggs) Paste
Available in a 14kg tin
Used in Gelato or Pastry instead of fresh eggs , 100g of Settovo in the equivalent of 7 egg yolks. Can also be added to a white base mix to make an egg base
Gelato Recipe: 50g of flavour per 1 lt of base mix
Pastry recipe: 80g of flavour per 1kg of white base mix to be added to biscotti, creams, bavaresi, semifreddi and all light creams

A minimum order of a half pallet (this is usually 40-45 cases) is required for cone and wafer products to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. Delivery is free on full pallet orders & orders over £1000. For half pallet orders there is a £35 carriage fee.
