Reese’s Egg


Reese’s Egg gelato a perfect treat at Easter time but also a popular flavour all year round!
Ingredients
- 4.5 Litres Elenka White base
- Elenka Peanut Otella
- Elenka Copertura Panormus
- Reese’s Eggs to decorate
Method
On extraction of white base ripple Elenka Otella Peanut and Elenka Copertura through layers. Tip: Try not to overwork ripples to allow them to keep their consistency.
To finish decorate with Reese’s Eggs.
