Bueno Style


Create the hugely popular bueno style flavour using Elenka’s luxurious Otella Hazelnut ripple. This product does not freeze at low temperatures ensuring that hazelnut creamy taste throughout every bite!
Ingredients
- 3.5 Litres Elenka white base
- Otella Nocciola (Hazelnut) (0123)
- Broken waffle cone pieces
- Chocolate topping sauce for decoration
Method
- Coat broken waffle cone pieces in Otella Nocciola and ripple through gelato white base layers on extraction.
- Build flat in the Napoli with spatula and put in blast freezer for 10 minutes to harden
- Pour a generous layer of Otella Nocciola on top and blast freeze for 5-10 minutes
- To finish drizzle choc topping across top in preferred design.
- Place Kinder Bueno chocolate bar on top to decorate
