100% Sicilian Bronte Pistachio


Elenka select the world’s best pistachios from Mount Etna just a few kilometres from their factory. Mount Etna’s lava soil is what gives their pistachio nuts aromatic notes that are unique the world over!
Ingredients
- 4.5 Litres Elenka white base
- 360g Elenka Pistachio Oro Verde
- 4.5g Sea Salt
- Pistachio nuts
Method
- Add 360g of Elenka Pistachio Oro Verde and 4.5g sea salt (can use other salt but sea salt best) to 4.5L white base, blend and add to batch machine
- Extract from batch machine and decorate with fresh pistachio nuts
- Optional – can use a pistachio ripple through layers and to decorate
