Tiramisu

Make a fantastic display in your cabinet with Elenka’s superior Tiramisu paste recreating the wonderful flavour of this traditional dessert!

Ingredients

  • 4.5 Litres Elenka white base
  • Elenka Tiramisu pasteSponge fingers150g Sugar

    150g espresso coffee

    Chocolate/cacao powder for decoration

Method

  • Mix 150ml espresso coffee with 150g sugar and soak sponge fingers in this syrup
  • Add 360g of Elenka Tiramisu paste to 4.5 Litres of white base, blend and add to batch machine
  • Extract a layer of Tiramisu gelato and then add a layer of sponge fingers and repeat.
  • To finish build Napoli high with peaks and insert a few sponge fingers to decorate and sprinkle/sieve cacao powder over top
