Toblerone Style


Recreate this popular chocolate bar using Elenka’s Otella Mandorla Crock ripple containing crunchy almond pieces for that irresistable toblerone style bite!
Ingredients
- 4.5 Litres Elenka white base
- Elenka Otella Mandorla Crock (toblerone style ripple)
- Toblerone Chocolate Bar
Method
- Add white base to batch machine and on extraction ripple Elenka Otella Mandorla crock through layers.
- Build flat in the Napoli with a spatula and put in blast freezer for 10 minutes to harden
- Then pour a generous layer of Otella Mandorla Crock on top and blast freeze for 5-10 minutes
- Add Toblerone chocolate bar pieces to decorate
