Toblerone Style

Recreate this popular chocolate bar using Elenka’s Otella Mandorla Crock ripple containing crunchy almond pieces for that irresistable toblerone style bite!

Ingredients

  • 4.5 Litres Elenka white base
  • Elenka Otella Mandorla Crock (toblerone style ripple)
  • Toblerone Chocolate Bar

Method

  • Add white base to batch machine and on extraction ripple Elenka Otella Mandorla crock through layers.
  • Build flat in the Napoli with a spatula and put in blast freezer for 10 minutes to harden
  • Then pour a generous layer of Otella Mandorla Crock on top and blast freeze for 5-10 minutes
  • Add Toblerone chocolate bar pieces to decorate
