Elenka Preziosa 100 Base Mix – Powder Preparation
With Preziosa, the gelato is compact and easy to serve, without water leaks, very creamy, great value and allows you to make gelato that keeps well in display. It is warm in the mouth and has a great body and texture.
Hot Process Base Mix – Ideal Pasteurization process; start by putting 20% of Sugars & Milk (or powdered milk and water). At 40 degrees C add all remaining sugars, at 45 degrees C add hot process base and other powders and at 55 degrees C add cream (if you need a creamy flavoured white base mix, add cream in cooling stage).
Can also be used to make soft serve ice cream

Gelato Recipe: 100g of mix to 1lt of full cream milk and 250g of Sugar
Soft Serve Recipe: 100g of Preziosa 100 to 1lt of milk and 230g of Sugar

Cone Products & Fragile Items
A minimum order of a half pallet (this is usually 40-45 cases) is required for cone and wafer products to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible.
Delivery is free on full pallet orders & orders over £1000. For half pallet orders there is a £30 carriage fee.
Cone Products can be mixed and matched and also mixed with other non-fragile items to make up your order.
