Milky Bar Style


A simple but luxurious creamy white chocolate recipe offering complete indulgence using Elenka’s Otella Bianca (white chocolate)!
Ingredients
- 2kg Whole Milk
- 2kg Elenka Otella Bianca (white Choc)
- Milkybar chocolate or Buttons
Method
- Add 2kg Elenka Otella Bianca to 2kg Milk, blend well and add to batch machine.
- Extract from batch machine and drizzle Elenka Otella Bianca across the top.
- To finish add Milkybars or Milkybar white choc Buttons for decoration.
