Dark Vanilla (Halloween Graveyard)

A fantastic spooky creation for halloween using Elenka’s dark vanilla paste which creates a unique colour with strong visual impact. Can also be used for eye catching new ideas throughout the year. Thanks to the use of vegetable carbon it makes the end product easy to digest!

Ingredients

  • 4.5 Litres Elenka white base
  • 225g Elenka Vaniglia Nera (Dark Vanilla)
  • For ripple and decoration – Elenka Copertura Panormus (hard chocolate)

Method

  • Add 225g of Elenka Vaniglia Nera to 4.5 litres of white base, blend and add to batch machine
  • Prepare and melt Elenka Copertura Panormus in a pouring jug
  • Ripple Elenka Copertura Panormus through layers on extraction from batch machine and pour across top for final decoration
  • Optional- to create a gravestone pour Elenka Copertura Panormus onto a sheet of baking paper and put into blast freezer briefly. When chocolate is still malleable cut a gravestone shape and put back into blast freezer to harden. Once hard add RIP writing and insert for final decoration.
