Gelato Training Day at Wafer!
What a day! Antonio Losito, Master Gelato chef from Elenka, Sicily spent a day with 8 of our valued customers. We made various creations, looked at balancing bases and also made some semi-fredo and ice cream cakes! The most unusual recipe of the day used extra virgin olive oil as the only fat ingredient and it was unexpectedly lovely!
