Ready and easy to use Chocolate.
Complete mix powder, mix with water for a quick and easy White Choc Gelato – Intense white choc flavour.
The Gelato remains creamy in the display.
Can be used with Cold or hot process
Recipe: 1600g of Cioquick Bianco to 600g of hot water and 2.4lt of hot milk

Delivery is free on full pallet orders & orders over £1000. For half pallet orders there is a £35 carriage fee.
