Giandujotto is a famous Italian chocolate flavour from Piemonte. It is a Milk chocolate flavour with a strong hazelnut taste. It is made from mainly cocoa and selected hazelnuts from the Langhe area in Italy’s Piemonte region.
Gelato Recipe: 100-150g of flavour per 1 lt of base mix
Pastry recipe: 100g of flavour per 1kg pastry or heavy cream
