Elenka Lattepanna 150 Base Mix – Powder Preparation
The Lattepanna white base mixes are very creamy, tasty and rich. They are made with full milk and cream powder and do not contain vegetable fats (neither hydrogenated, nor trans, nor refined).
Hot Process Base Mix – Ideal Pasteurization process; start by putting 20% of Sugars & Milk (or powdered milk and water). At 40 degrees C add all remaining sugars, at 45 degrees C add hot process base and other powders and at 55 degrees C add cream (if you need a creamy flavoured white base mix, add cream in cooling stage).
Available in a 3kg bag
Can be used with milk or powder milk
Recipe: 150g of mix to 1lt of milk and 240g of Sugar
