Elenka’s Traditional Base
Hot Process Base Mix – Ideal Pasteurization process; start by putting 20% of Sugars & Milk (or powdered milk and water). At 40 degrees C add all remaining sugars, at 45 degrees C add hot process base and other powders and at 55 degrees C add cream (if you need a creamy flavoured white base mix, add cream in cooling stage).

Very rich, high end 100g base mix
Recipe: 100g of mix to 1lt of full cream milk and 250g of Sugar
